User Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ConnectingPilot LLC ("ConnectingPilot," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the individual purchasing or using ConnectingPilot services ("Client," "User," or "you").

This Agreement governs the relationship between ConnectingPilot and the Client regarding career support services, application assistance, resume optimization, interview preparation, application tracking, and related offerings.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, completing onboarding, or using any ConnectingPilot services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

2. Purpose of Services

ConnectingPilot is a career support platform dedicated to Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Validation, Manufacturing, Drug Safety, and related industries.

The purpose of ConnectingPilot is to assist clients by:

• Optimizing resumes and application materials.
• Tailoring resumes to specific job descriptions.
• Providing ATS optimization.
• Conducting job research.
• Submitting applications manually.
• Providing interview preparation.
• Offering career coaching and guidance.
• Tracking applications within the client dashboard.
• Providing networking and recruiter outreach resources.

ConnectingPilot does not function as an employer, recruiting agency, staffing agency, or immigration law firm.

3. Client Authorization

The Client expressly authorizes ConnectingPilot and its designated Career Pilots, Coordinators, employees, contractors, and representatives to perform career-support activities on the Client's behalf.

Such authorization includes:

• Reviewing resumes and career documents.
• Modifying resumes for job-specific applications.
• Tailoring cover letters.
• Uploading resumes to employer portals.
• Completing application forms.
• Submitting job applications.
• Tracking submitted applications.
• Maintaining application records.
• Recording application activity in the dashboard.
• Providing job search recommendations.
• Creating recruiter outreach templates.

The Client may revoke this authorization by providing written notice to ConnectingPilot.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at all times.

The Client is responsible for:

• Resume accuracy.
• Employment history accuracy.
• Educational history accuracy.
• Professional certifications.
• Professional licenses.
• Work authorization status.
• Immigration information.
• Salary expectations.
• Career preferences.

The Client acknowledges that ConnectingPilot relies entirely upon the information provided by the Client.

ConnectingPilot is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations supplied by the Client.

5. Resume Tailoring and Optimization

The Client understands that ConnectingPilot may modify, restructure, rewrite, optimize, or tailor resumes to improve relevance for specific positions.

Resume modifications may include:

• Formatting improvements.
• Keyword optimization.
• ATS compatibility enhancements.
• Content restructuring.
• Professional branding improvements.

The Client remains solely responsible for reviewing and approving all information contained within application materials.

ConnectingPilot does not fabricate qualifications, experience, certifications, or credentials.

6. Application Submission Services

ConnectingPilot provides manual application support.

Applications may be submitted through:

• Employer career portals.
• Workday.
• Greenhouse.
• Taleo.
• Lever.
• ICIMS.
• Company websites.
• Other recruiting platforms.

The Client understands that application submission does not guarantee review, interview invitations, recruiter responses, or employment opportunities.

Application volume targets displayed on the website are service goals and not guaranteed outcomes.

7. Dashboard Access

ConnectingPilot may provide a secure dashboard that allows Clients to review application activity.

Dashboard information may include:

• Submitted applications.
• Job posting links.
• Resume versions submitted.
• Submission dates.
• Coordinator activity.
• Application status updates.

Dashboard information is provided for informational purposes only.

Employer systems may not always provide real-time updates.

8. Communication

ConnectingPilot may communicate with Clients through:

• Email.
• Dashboard notifications.
• SMS messages.
• Video meetings.
• Phone calls.
• Messaging platforms.

The Client consents to receiving communications necessary for service delivery.

The Client is responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.

9. No Employment Guarantee

The Client acknowledges that ConnectingPilot does not guarantee:

• Employment.
• Interviews.
• Recruiter responses.
• Job offers.
• Salary increases.
• Promotions.
• Career advancement.
• H-1B sponsorship.
• OPT sponsorship.
• STEM OPT sponsorship.
• Visa sponsorship.

Employment decisions are made solely by employers and remain outside ConnectingPilot's control.

10. Subscription Services

ConnectingPilot may offer subscription-based services.

Subscription plans may include:

• Resume optimization.
• LinkedIn optimization.
• Manual applications.
• Career coaching.
• Interview preparation.
• Application tracking.

The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with selected plans.

Billing is governed by the Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.

11. Confidentiality

ConnectingPilot will take reasonable measures to protect client information.

The Company may access client information only as necessary to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal requirements, and improve service delivery.

Clients are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.

12. Intellectual Property

All ConnectingPilot materials remain the property of ConnectingPilot LLC, including:

• Training materials.
• Dashboard systems.
• Templates.
• Career resources.
• Educational content.
• Proprietary workflows.
• Branding and logos.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable right to use these materials solely for personal career-development purposes.

13. Immigration Disclaimer

ConnectingPilot is not a law firm and does not provide legal immigration advice.

Information regarding:

• OPT.
• STEM OPT.
• H-1B.
• O-1.
• TN.
• Green Card pathways.

Clients should consult qualified immigration attorneys regarding immigration matters.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectingPilot shall not be liable for:

• Lost employment opportunities
• Lost income
• Lost wages
• Recruiter decisions
• Employer decisions
• Consequential damages
• Indirect damages

The Client agrees that ConnectingPilot's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client during the preceding thirty (30) days.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time in accordance with ConnectingPilot's Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.

ConnectingPilot may immediately suspend or terminate services in cases involving:

• Fraud.
• Abuse.
• Harassment.
• False information.
• Chargebacks.
• Violations of Company policies.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts.

17. Acknowledgement

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, completing onboarding, or using ConnectingPilot services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• They have read this User Agreement.
• They understand the scope of ConnectingPilot services.
• They authorize ConnectingPilot to provide career support services on their behalf.
• They understand that employment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• They agree to all terms contained in this Agreement.
