1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to ConnectingPilot LLC ("ConnectingPilot", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ConnectingPilot's website, client dashboard, services, communications, applications, software, content, and related offerings.

By accessing the website, creating an account, enrolling in a plan, submitting information, or using any ConnectingPilot service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

2. COMPANY SERVICES

ConnectingPilot is a done-for-you job application management and CV optimization platform.

• Service Delivery: Our career coordinators manually audit and optimize your CV to bypass ATS database filters and manually submit applications on your behalf to target platforms. No automated mass application bots are utilized.
• Schedule: Applications are prepared and submitted manually Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and regional holidays).
• Application Limits: Submission volume is managed according to your active plan (typically averaging 20 to 25 applications per day during active submission runs). Volume may fluctuate based on seasonal job availability, matching quality, and your profile target.
• No Job Guarantee: We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our services will result in callbacks, interviews, recruiter responses, or job offers. Recruitment outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control.

3. NO EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE

ConnectingPilot does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Job placement
• Interviews
• Recruiter responses
• Job offers
• Salary outcomes
• Career advancement
• H-1B sponsorship
• OPT sponsorship
• STEM OPT sponsorship
• Visa sponsorship of any kind

All hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

Employment outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond ConnectingPilot's control, including market conditions, employer preferences, applicant qualifications, work authorization, interview performance, and economic conditions.

4. CLIENT AUTHORIZATION

To submit applications manually on your behalf, our designated coordinators may require access to your career portal accounts (such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or Taleo/Workday applicant pages) and, when necessary, access to your email for OTP verification checks.

• Authorization: You authorize our team to access and use your external job board credentials solely to execute manual submissions.
• Credentials Sharing: Password details shared for portal logins are communicated securely and at your sole risk. ConnectingPilot is not liable for unauthorized access, data compromise, or account changes resulting from credentials sharing.
• Platform Restrictions: ConnectingPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with third-party job boards (e.g. Workday, Indeed, LinkedIn). We are not responsible for actions taken by these platforms, including account restrictions or suspensions resulting from submissions completed on your behalf. You remain responsible for compliance with their respective terms.

By enrolling in our services, you authorize ConnectingPilot and its designated coordinators to:

• Review your resume and career materials
• Tailor resumes for relevant positions
• Submit applications on your behalf
• Upload resumes and supporting documents
• Enter application information into employer systems
• Maintain records of submitted applications
• Provide application-related communications and templates

You may revoke this authorization at any time by written notice.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You represent and warrant that all information provided to ConnectingPilot is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

You remain solely responsible for:

• Resume content
• Educational history
• Employment history
• Professional licenses
• Certifications
• Immigration status
• Work authorization information
• Contact information

ConnectingPilot shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or misleading information supplied by a Client.

6. APPLICATION SERVICES

ConnectingPilot utilizes a human-assisted application model.

Our coordinators may manually submit applications based on:

• Client preferences
• Qualifications
• Geographic requirements
• Visa requirements
• Career objectives

Application volumes advertised on the website are goals and service targets, not guarantees.

The Company reserves the right to prioritize quality and relevance over quantity.

7. CLIENT DASHBOARD

ConnectingPilot may provide dashboard access displaying:

• Application records
• Job titles
• Employer names
• Resume versions submitted
• Submission timestamps
• Coordinator activity logs
• Job posting links
• Status information

Dashboard information is provided for informational purposes only.

ConnectingPilot does not guarantee uninterrupted access, real-time updates, or the continued availability of third-party employer systems.

8. ATS OPTIMIZATION DISCLAIMER

ConnectingPilot provides resume optimization services intended to improve compatibility with applicant tracking systems.

ATS optimization is designed to enhance resume presentation and keyword alignment.

ATS optimization does not guarantee:

• ATS approval
• ATS rankings
• Human review
• Interviews
• Recruiter contact
• Employment outcomes

9. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

Onboarding & Activation: Your billing cycle starts when your onboarding review is approved and manual submission runs begin, rather than the initial date of payment.

Fees are displayed on the Company's website and applicable service pages.

Payment must be made in accordance with the selected plan.

ConnectingPilot reserves the right to modify pricing for future purchases.

Previously purchased subscriptions remain unaffected during their active billing cycle.

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your client dashboard. Service remains active through the end of your paid billing cycle.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunding of payments is governed exclusively by our pro-rated and inactivity slot retention clauses detailed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Clients may request cancellation within seven (7) calendar days of onboarding.

Refund requests will be reviewed only where ConnectingPilot has materially failed to deliver purchased services.

Refunds will not be granted because:

• Interviews were not received
• Job offers were not received
• Recruiters did not respond
• Employers rejected applications
• Market conditions changed
• A client changed career objectives

Where approved, ConnectingPilot may deduct:

• Services already delivered
• Resume work completed
• Application work completed
• Payment processing fees
• Administrative costs

The remaining eligible balance, if any, will be refunded.

User Account Integrity & Acceptable Use

You agree to maintain truthful professional details on the platform. Falsification of work history, certificates, degrees, or immigration authorizations (such as OPT or visa status) is strictly prohibited. You agree not to attempt to disrupt or bypass our system architectures, upload malicious code, or input adversarial prompt injection content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating this policy immediately.

Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact informal support at [email protected] to attempt resolution of any billing or service discrepancy before filing a bank dispute or card chargeback. Raising chargebacks without prior support contact constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination of active submission runs, permanent closure of accounts, and a forfeiture of any pro-rated refund claims.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, designs, workflows, dashboards, software, branding, logos, documents, templates, educational materials, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of ConnectingPilot LLC.

No content may be copied, distributed, resold, or reproduced without written permission.

12. DATA PRIVACY

ConnectingPilot may collect and process:

• Resumes
• Employment history
• Educational records
• LinkedIn information
• Application activity
• Contact information
• Career preferences

Data is processed solely for providing Services and improving platform functionality.

13. IMMIGRATION DISCLAIMER

ConnectingPilot is not:

• A law firm
• An immigration consultancy
• An immigration attorney

Any information regarding immigration pathways, visa sponsorship, OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, TN, O-1, permanent residency, or related topics is provided solely for informational purposes.

Clients should consult qualified legal counsel for immigration advice.

14. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Services may interact with third-party websites and platforms, including employer career portals, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and networking websites.

ConnectingPilot is not responsible for:

• Third-party content
• Third-party policies
• Third-party outages
• Third-party hiring decisions

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectingPilot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectingPilot shall not be liable for:

• Lost employment opportunities
• Lost wages
• Lost profits
• Consequential damages
• Incidental damages
• Special damages
• Punitive damages

The company's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to ConnectingPilot during the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

17. Termination

ConnectingPilot may suspend or terminate access to Services for:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Harassment
• False information
• Chargebacks
• Violations of these Terms

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
