Career Services Agreement

1. Agreement Purpose

This Career Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ConnectingPilot LLC ("ConnectingPilot," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the individual purchasing or utilizing ConnectingPilot services ("Client," "User," or "you").

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the scope of career support services provided by ConnectingPilot, establish expectations between the Company and the Client, and clarify responsibilities, limitations, and service delivery standards.

By purchasing a subscription, enrolling in a program, completing onboarding, or using ConnectingPilot services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Scope of Services

ConnectingPilot provides career support services designed specifically for professionals and students within:

  • Life Sciences
  • Biotechnology
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Medical Devices
  • Clinical Research
  • Healthcare
  • Regulatory Affairs
  • Quality Assurance
  • Quality Control
  • Validation
  • Manufacturing
  • Drug Safety
  • Pharmacovigilance
  • Laboratory Sciences

Our services are intended to assist clients with career advancement and job search activities through human-led support and personalized application management.

3. Dedicated Career Pilot Assignment

Upon successful onboarding, the Client may be assigned a dedicated Career Pilot or Career Coordinator.

The assigned Career Pilot may assist with:

  • Career strategy planning and resume reviews.
  • Application support and dashboard management.
  • Career consultations and job targeting recommendations.
  • Application tracking.

ConnectingPilot reserves the right to reassign coordinators when necessary due to staffing, scheduling, workload balancing, vacations, illness, or operational requirements.

4. Resume Optimization Services

ConnectingPilot may provide resume optimization services including:

  • Resume auditing and ATS optimization.
  • Keyword enhancement and formatting.
  • Industry-specific alignment and branding.
  • Job-specific tailoring.

For certain subscription plans, resumes may be customized for individual job descriptions before submission.

The Client remains solely responsible for reviewing all final documents and ensuring the accuracy of all information. ConnectingPilot will not intentionally add false information, fabricate qualifications, or misrepresent experience.

5. Job-Specific Resume Tailoring

A core feature of ConnectingPilot is customized resume tailoring.

Where applicable, ConnectingPilot may:

  • Review individual job descriptions and analyze employer requirements.
  • Align resume content with job-specific terminology and highlight relevant skills.
  • Improve ATS compatibility.

Each tailored resume version may differ from previous submissions based on employer requirements and position-specific qualifications. Tailoring services are intended to improve application quality but do not guarantee interviews or employment outcomes.

6. LinkedIn Optimization Services

Depending on the selected plan, ConnectingPilot may provide:

  • LinkedIn profile audits
  • Headline optimization
  • Summary rewriting
  • Skills optimization
  • Recruiter visibility recommendations
  • Profile completeness reviews

LinkedIn optimization is intended to improve professional visibility and branding but does not guarantee recruiter outreach or job offers.

7. Application Submission Services

ConnectingPilot provides human-led application support.

Applications may be submitted manually through:

  • Employer websites
  • Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Lever, ICIMS
  • Company recruiting portals and career websites

Unlike automated job application systems, ConnectingPilot emphasizes manual review and targeted application submission. Application decisions are made using information supplied by the Client and based on the Client's stated preferences and qualifications.

8. Application Volume Targets

Certain ConnectingPilot plans may advertise support for approximately: 20–25 Targeted Applications Per Day.

The Client understands that this represents a service target and operational goal rather than a contractual guarantee.

Application volume may vary due to:

  • Availability of suitable positions and candidate qualifications.
  • Visa sponsorship requirements and geographic restrictions.
  • Industry hiring activity and employer requirements.
  • Market conditions.

ConnectingPilot reserves the right to prioritize quality, accuracy, and relevance over application quantity.

9. Application Tracking Dashboard

ConnectingPilot may provide access to a client dashboard that allows Clients to monitor ongoing activity.

Dashboard records may include:

  • Submitted applications, dates, employer names, and position titles.
  • Resume versions used, job posting URLs, coordinator activity logs, and status updates.

The dashboard is intended to provide transparency regarding application activity. ConnectingPilot does not guarantee real-time updates from third-party employer systems.

10. Cold Email Support

As part of our application workflow, ConnectingPilot may provide customized recruiter outreach templates or cold email suggestions.

These templates are intended to:

  • Increase professional visibility
  • Encourage networking activity
  • Support employer engagement

Clients remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any communication provided by ConnectingPilot. ConnectingPilot cannot guarantee recruiter responses.

11. Interview Preparation Services

Certain plans may include interview support services.

Interview preparation may include:

  • Mock interviews and common questions.
  • Behavioral interview coaching and STAR method preparation.
  • Industry-specific interview guidance and salary discussion preparation.
  • Follow-up communication guidance.

Interview preparation is intended to improve confidence and preparedness but does not guarantee interview success or employment outcomes.

12. OPT, STEM OPT, and H-1B Support

ConnectingPilot may assist clients seeking opportunities that support:

  • OPT or STEM OPT.
  • H-1B, TN, O-1, or other employment-based sponsorship pathways.

Our support is limited to identifying and targeting potential employers that may historically sponsor candidates. ConnectingPilot does not guarantee sponsorship availability, nor does it provide legal immigration advice. Clients should consult licensed immigration attorneys for legal guidance.

13. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information and respond promptly to coordinator requests.
  • Complete onboarding requirements and review submitted materials.
  • Maintain accurate contact information and participate in consultations when necessary.

Delays caused by missing information or client inactivity may affect service delivery timelines.

14. No Employment Guarantee

ConnectingPilot does not guarantee:

  • Employment, interviews, recruiter responses, or job offers.
  • Salary increases, promotions, or career advancement.
  • Visa, OPT, or H-1B sponsorship of any kind.

Employment outcomes remain entirely under the control of employers.

15. Confidentiality

ConnectingPilot agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to protect Client information.

Information may only be accessed by personnel who require access to perform career services, support activities, administrative functions, or legal obligations.

16. Service Limitations

ConnectingPilot does not act as an employer, recruiting agency, staffing agency, legal advisor, or immigration law firm. The Company does not make hiring decisions and provides career support services only.

17. Fees and Payment

Fees are governed by the selected subscription plan and the Company's Refund Policy.

Clients agree to pay all applicable charges associated with their selected plan. Failure to maintain valid payment methods may result in suspension of services.

18. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement in accordance with ConnectingPilot's Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.

ConnectingPilot may immediately suspend services in cases involving:

  • Fraud, abuse, or harassment.
  • Chargebacks or false information.
  • Violations of Company policies.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectingPilot's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client during the previous thirty (30) days.

ConnectingPilot shall not be liable for:

  • Lost employment opportunities
  • Lost wages
  • Employer or recruiter decisions
  • Immigration outcomes
  • Indirect or consequential damages

20. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in Wyoming courts.

21. Acknowledgement

By enrolling in ConnectingPilot services, the Client acknowledges that:

  • They have read this Agreement.
  • They understand the scope of services.
  • They authorize ConnectingPilot to assist with career-related activities.
  • They understand that employment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
  • They agree to the terms contained herein.
