Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of ConnectingPilot LLC ("ConnectingPilot," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, client dashboard, career services, communication channels, application support services, and related platforms.

This Policy is intended to ensure a safe, professional, lawful, and productive environment for all users, clients, coordinators, contractors, and staff.

By accessing or using ConnectingPilot services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

2. Authorized Use

ConnectingPilot may only be used for legitimate career development and employment-related purposes.

Authorized uses include:

  • Career coaching and consultations.
  • Resume optimization and ATS resume analysis.
  • LinkedIn profile enhancement.
  • Job application support and application tracking.
  • Interview preparation and professional networking support.

Users may not use ConnectingPilot for any purpose unrelated to legitimate employment and career advancement activities.

3. Accurate Information Requirement

Users must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information at all times.

This includes:

  • Resume information, educational credentials, and employment history.
  • Professional licenses, certifications, and publications.
  • Work authorization status, immigration information, and contact information.

Users may not intentionally submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information. ConnectingPilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if inaccurate information is discovered.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Create fake accounts or impersonate another individual.
  • Misrepresent qualifications or submit fraudulent credentials.
  • Use forged documents or stolen identities.
  • Upload altered transcripts or certifications.
  • Submit false employment records.
  • Misrepresent immigration or work authorization status.

Any attempt to obtain employment through fraudulent means is strictly prohibited.

5. Professional Conduct

Users are expected to maintain professional conduct when interacting with ConnectingPilot personnel.

The following behavior is prohibited:

  • Harassment
  • Threats
  • Discrimination
  • Abusive language
  • Offensive communications
  • Intimidation
  • Bullying
  • Hate speech
  • Defamatory statements

ConnectingPilot maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior directed toward Career Pilots, Coordinators, contractors, employees, or other users.

6. Abuse of Services

Users may not attempt to misuse ConnectingPilot services.

Examples include:

  • Repeatedly requesting duplicate work
  • Circumventing service limitations
  • Manipulating application counts
  • Creating multiple accounts to obtain free services
  • Exploiting pricing errors
  • Interfering with coordinator workflows

ConnectingPilot reserves the right to suspend accounts engaging in abusive conduct.

7. Dashboard Usage

Users may use the dashboard solely for personal career management purposes.

Users may not:

  • Share dashboard access credentials or sell dashboard access.
  • Allow unauthorized users to access accounts.
  • Copy proprietary dashboard features or reverse engineer platform functionality.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

8. Intellectual Property Protection

All ConnectingPilot materials remain the exclusive property of ConnectingPilot LLC.

Protected materials include:

  • Career resources, resume templates, and training materials.
  • Career strategies, dashboard systems, internal workflows, and documentation.
  • Branding and logos.

Users may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit materials without prior written authorization.

9. Application Submission Restrictions

Users may not instruct ConnectingPilot to:

  • Submit false information or misrepresent qualifications.
  • Conceal required disclosures.
  • Violate employer policies or engage in deceptive hiring practices.

ConnectingPilot reserves the right to refuse any application request that violates professional, ethical, or legal standards.

10. Immigration and Work Authorization Compliance

Users are responsible for providing accurate immigration and work authorization information.

ConnectingPilot does not verify immigration eligibility and relies upon information supplied by the user.

Users may not:

  • Misrepresent visa status or sponsorship requirements.
  • Submit inaccurate work authorization information.

ConnectingPilot is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate immigration information provided by the user.

11. Security and System Integrity

Users may not attempt to:

  • Access unauthorized systems or circumvent security controls.
  • Interfere with website functionality or conduct unauthorized testing.
  • Introduce malware or upload malicious code.
  • Perform denial-of-service attacks or scrape platform data.

Any attempt to compromise system security may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

12. Payment and Billing Abuse

Users may not:

  • Use stolen payment methods.
  • Submit fraudulent payment disputes.
  • Abuse refund policies or initiate bad-faith chargebacks.

ConnectingPilot reserves the right to suspend services during active payment disputes. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

13. Confidential Information

Users may gain access to information that is confidential or proprietary to ConnectingPilot.

Users agree not to disclose:

  • Internal workflows or coordinator processes.
  • Pricing structures not publicly disclosed.
  • Internal documentation, business strategies, or proprietary technology.

Unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action.

14. Monitoring and Enforcement

ConnectingPilot reserves the right to investigate violations, review account activity, suspend services, restrict platform access, remove content, or terminate accounts where necessary to protect users, staff, systems, and business operations.

15. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Policy may result in account warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, loss of dashboard access, cancellation of services, forfeiture of refunds, or legal action where appropriate.

The severity of enforcement will depend upon the nature and seriousness of the violation.

16. Changes to This Policy

ConnectingPilot may modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website. Continued use of ConnectingPilot services constitutes acceptance of any revised Policy.

17. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
